Wire loom provisions on underside includes replica rigid rear fender hinge  spring connector loom  and segmented tube on skirt. Assembly is for use with Tombstone tail lamps. Includes straps and u starp reveted in place. *NOTE: Does not accept stainless steel fender trim and clips for this year.                                                          *NOTE: Replacement fenders ordered through H-D dealers came with 3\/4 inch brackets that are  inchover the counter inch replacements  not OEM installed by the factory.
