Coming in the wake of the hugely successful and iconic Tech 10 and Tech 7 the new Tech 5 is an advanced multi-material, multi-panel construction boot that further strengthens Alpinestars line-up of class-leading motocross and off-road boots. Incorporating an innovative microfiber chassis, which is extremely durable and lightweight, a medial biomechanical pivot system for excellent levels of support and stability and extended accordion flex zones, the Tech 5 affords performance fit and high levels of comfort and durability.
The Alpinestars Tech 5 motocross boot combines a durable, lightweight microfiber chassis with multi-material construction for performance, comfort, and long-term wear. Designed for motocross and off-road riding, it features a medial biomechanical pivot system that connects the lower and upper boot sections to provide front and rear flexibility along with structural support.
The abrasion-resistant microfiber upper offers water resistance, durability, reduced weight, and a consistent fit over extended use. Polymer panels with grip sculpture patterning on the inward-facing upper and lower sections help increase contact with the bike while improving abrasion resistance. Extended accordion flex zones and ergonomically shaped TPU buckle straps support front flexion.
Safety-focused construction includes a one-piece TPU-injected dual-compound foot shell with impact and abrasion resistance, a metal shank, and co-injected toe reinforcement. Soft poly-foam around the ankles and collar provides shock absorption, while the full textile interior lining promotes comfort. The Alpinestars buckle closure system uses polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridge closures, plus memory, quick-release, locking, and self-aligning functions for precise closure. Buckles are replaceable.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
