The FLY RACING Carbon Jacket combines weather protection, ventilation, and durable construction for demanding outdoor conditions. Its Cordura® outer shell is designed for light weight and durability, while Hydraguard Pro weatherproof technology provides a windproof, waterproof, and breathable barrier. The jacket features a 10,000mm waterproof rating and 8,000m2 breathable rating, along with fully taped seams for added weather resistance.
Ventilation is supported by four vent ports, including two large front vents and two arm vents. The 2Cool Air Vents are mesh backed to help keep snow out. A powder skirt with silicone grip print, internal hem adjustment, adjustable collar, Velcro cuffs, and Lycra hand gaiters help provide coverage and a secure fit. The detachable hood, micro-fleece lined collar with beard flap, and front zipper storm flap add further protection in changing conditions.
Storage includes four external pockets: two fleece-lined hand warmer pockets, one chest pocket, and one sleeve key pocket. The waterproof accessory pocket includes a headphone port and securing loop, while internal goggle pockets provide additional organization. YKK Aquaguard® zippers with zipper garages, a tether D-ring, safety whistle, goggle wipe, and glove-friendly cuff tabs add practical utility. Ultra-reflective Innolite® panels provide 360° visibility around the jacket.
