The FLY RACING Formula Carbon Tracer Helmet combines a 12K carbon fiber shell with the Adaptive Impact System (AIS) to provide a lightweight helmet design with superior penetration resistance. Its Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON help maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.
Conehead EPS Technology uses a softer liner with tuned cone structures designed to help manage and absorb impact forces efficiently. Six critical zones provide a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts, while expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas. The expanded polypropylene chin bar provides additional impact mitigation, damage resistance and energy-absorbing properties. A clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP helps support clavicle injury reduction.
Comfort and ventilation features include a washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) channels air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS vent channels and rear exhaust vents when the helmet is in motion. Custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings complete the design. The FLY RACING Formula Carbon Tracer Helmet is ECE and DOT approved and includes a premium helmet garage and an extra visor.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
