The FLY RACING Formula CC Objective Helmet combines advanced impact-management technologies with a lightweight tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fiberglass. This construction provides superior penetration resistance while maintaining a listed weight of 2.9 pounds ±0.11 pound in size MD/LG. The helmet is ECE / DOT approved and features the Adaptive Impact System for managing a range of impact forces.
Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON are designed to maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, helping reduce forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® dual-density EPS technology uses a softer liner with cones that help manage and absorb impact forces efficiently. Six critical zones are tuned for progressive responses to low- and high-speed impacts, while expanded-volume EPS adds strategic impact-absorbing material for increased suspension between the head and the ground.
The construction includes an expanded polypropylene chin bar for additional impact mitigation, damage resistance and energy absorption. A clavicle shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries. Custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard. The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads use washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial material.
True Functional Ventilation forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS vent channels and multiple rear exhaust vents when the rider is in motion. The FLY RACING Formula CC Objective Helmet includes a soft fleece helmet bag, and an optional cold-weather breath guard is available.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
