The FLY RACING Formula CP Rush Helmet combines a lightweight polycarbonate alloy shell with advanced impact-management features for demanding riding conditions. Its shell construction provides penetration resistance, while the Adaptive Impact System uses RHEON Impact Energy Cells to help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts and reduce forces transmitted to the brain.
Multi-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) technology is tuned for progressive response across low- and high-speed impacts. Expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas, while the EPS chin bar contributes additional energy absorption and damage resistance. A clavicle shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.
Comfort features include a washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial liner and quick-release cheek pads. True Functional Ventilation forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels and rear exhaust vents when the rider is in motion. The helmet also includes custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, lightweight custom visor screws, stainless steel D-rings and a soft fleece helmet bag. An optional cold-weather breath guard is available. The FLY RACING Formula CP Rush Helmet is ECE and DOT approved.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
