FLY Racing’s Youth Formula C. Vector Helmet is designed for comprehensive head protection with an Adaptive Impact System (AIS). This system combines structural designs and energy-mitigating materials, including RHEON viscoelastic material, to improve impact management across a range of impact types. The helmet’s 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight construction with superior penetration resistance.
FLY Racing incorporates Impact Energy Cells made from RHEON to help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts and reduce forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® EPS Technology uses a softer liner with six tuned zones designed for a progressive response to low- and high-speed impacts. Expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas, while the EPP chin bar provides an additional element of impact mitigation.
Additional protection-focused details include a clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP, along with custom-molded rubber trim and an integrated nose guard. Lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings support the helmet’s functional design. The washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads help simplify maintenance and provide convenient use.
True Functional Ventilation (TFV) directs air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS vent channels, and rear exhaust vents when in motion. The FLY Racing Youth Formula C. Vector Helmet is DOT/ECE approved and includes a premium helmet garage.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
