The FLY RACING Youth Formula S Carbon Zen Helmet combines advanced impact-management technologies with connected safety features for young riders. Its 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight design with superior penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts to reduce forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® EPS Technology uses six tuned zones to manage impact forces, and expanded-volume EPS provides additional impact-absorbing material in strategic areas.
Connected functionality is provided through the Quin® Race Sensor and Fly Smart App. Five scientific-grade sensors evaluate data during use and can automatically detect a crash event. The app can record impact data and contact emergency contacts, while APEX subscribers can receive monitoring-center dispatch of local emergency services. The SOS Beacon can notify emergency contacts and emergency services for APEX subscribers by tapping the helmet five times. Ride analytics include live GPS tracking, speed, accelerations, Q-Score and more.
The helmet includes Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, wireless updates from FLY RACING and Quin®, integrated LED status lights and a rechargeable battery with a two-hour fast-charge mode via Micro USB. Battery life can reach up to 60 days depending on usage, with automatic sleep and rise-to-wake functions. Comfort features include washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial liner and quick-release cheek pads, a custom-molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard, and True Functional Ventilation that channels air through multiple intake, EPS and rear exhaust vents. An EPP chin bar and clavicle shell relief zone provide additional impact-mitigation design elements.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
