The NELSON-RIGG Hurricane 40L Black Waterproof Duffle Bag is designed for dependable storage and mounting on motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, PWCs, and snowmobiles. Made from durable waterproof PVC tarpaulin, the bag features electronically heat-welded seams and a watertight roll closure with quick-release buckles.
Its UV-coated outer material is easy to clean and helps prevent slipping or marking. The patented RIGG STRAP® system provides secure mounting and can also be used separately as a tie-down system. The bag can be mounted across or along a seat or tail section, while removable internal panels help it hold its shape.
A purge valve simplifies compression, and the dual-purpose carry handles can also function as compression straps. Reflective accents provide enhanced visibility, and the bag is backed by a lifetime warranty. The 40L main compartment measures 20 inches long by 11 inches wide by 11 inches high.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
