The NELSON-RIGG SoloStorm motorcycle jacket is a 100% waterproof outer layer designed to help keep riders protected from wet conditions. It features soft PVC-free polyester oxford fabric with a smooth PU backing, while electronically taped seams help prevent water from getting through. A full-length zipper and self-fastening storm flap provide additional coverage against the elements.
Ventilation and comfort features include an adjustable zipped back ventilation system, breathable mesh back lining, an elastic waist, and adjustable side buckles. The soft tricot-lined collar includes an integrated rain hood, while elasticized sleeve cuffs with self-fastening straps help provide a secure fit. An adjustable bottom hem shock cord allows further adjustment at the jacket's lower edge.
For storage and visibility, the jacket includes two large waterproof outer pockets and packs into a self-contained pocket inside the jacket. Reflective material on the front, back, and sleeves is designed to improve visibility at night. The NELSON-RIGG SoloStorm jacket includes a 2-year warranty.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
