The NO TOIL air filter is designed for Kawasaki KX250F and KX450F applications. Its dual-stage foam construction uses two different pore sizes to create more trapping area for dust particles, including fine dust. The flame-laminated stages are heat sealed rather than glued, helping maintain airflow through the filter.
Reticulated foam increases the dirt-stopping surface area while strengthening the filter material. Strong glue seams are designed to withstand harsh solvents and gas, with the foam intended to tear before the seams separate. The light-colored foam makes it easier to see where filter oil has been applied and identify areas that still need coverage.
This OEM-size filter is handmade for increased dirt-stopping capability. Each square inch is inspected for quality. The NO TOIL filter is made in the USA and includes a one-year warranty.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
