Front of the plate mounts to the rear of the tank with existing mount holes  uses (2) 1\/2 inch x 5\/16 inch spacers between mount plate and tank mount holes. *NOTE: Seat  inchT inch included in this kit  measures 13-1\/4 inch long which is 2 inch shorter than the OEM seat  inchT inch.
