The SAWICKI 2-in-1 Flt Mid Spec Shorty Carbon Big Inch Brushed exhaust is designed specifically for M8 and Twin Cam baggers equipped with aftermarket mid-controls. It is well suited for performance motors with 124-inch and larger displacement, delivering the performance dynamics associated with Sawicki Speed systems.
Each exhaust is constructed from mandrel-bent, aircraft-quality 304 stainless steel. The 1.75-inch primary steps up to a 2-inch header and flows into a 2-into-1 merge collector designed to generate increased flow. The hand-formed merge collector supports precise flow performance, while all TIG welds are completed by hand at the SAWICKI manufacturing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Finished in brushed stainless steel, the system includes a powder-coated billet end cap with a laser-etched Sawicki logo. The removable end cap allows sound adjustment by adding or removing packing. A swept-up muffler provides enhanced ground clearance. The exhaust accepts 18mm oxygen sensors for aftermarket tuners or 12mm sensors when used with reducers. Oxygen sensor extensions may be required and are not included. SAWICKI recommends flat mesh race-style exhaust gaskets. This exhaust is made in the USA and includes a limited lifetime warranty.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
