The SCORPION EXO ECL-0033 Exo Eclipse full face motorcycle helmet is part of the APEX Series, designed with attention to shell materials, aerodynamics, vision, safety, weight, ventilation, and comfort. Its Lite Force Carbon Matrix Shell is a precision-handcrafted seven-layer shell constructed from premium 12K chopped carbon strands fused into a proprietary Carbon Mat.
For clear, accurate vision, the helmet features an Optical Class 1 Pinlock-ready faceshield, a complimentary MaxVision Pinlock insert, and a complimentary dark smoke Pinlock-ready faceshield. The Speed View Optical Class 1 internal sun visor is adjustable and helps reduce glare while minimizing visual distortion.
Comfort features include the Cool Tech Liner Kit with an adjustable crown liner and anti-microbial, moisture-wicking 3D laser-cut cheek pads with a noise-reduction design. Communication system speaker pockets, an Aero Skirt, three shell sizes, and titanium double D-rings add functional details for riders. The SCORPION EXO ECL-0033 is DOT FMVSS No. 218 Certified and ECE 22.06 Certified, and includes a five-year warranty.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
