The EXO-AT960 Cold Weather Modular Helmet represents an evolution from one of the most popular Adventure Motorcycle and Snow helmets on the market; the EXO-AT950. The EXO-AT960 can be used as a full-face Cold Weather Adventure helmet with external peak visor attached, or the peak visor can be removed for a more sleek aerodynamic profile. The oversized 190° eye port provides greater peripheral vision and downward visibility, and the modular chin bar can be conveniently flipped up with a gloved hand. The internal Amber colored drop-down sun-visor allows you to adjust to changing lighting conditions throughout the day. Additionally, the Dual Pane face shield, combined with the Cold Weather Breath box and bib helps prevent fogging in extreme conditions. Three shell sizes made of Advanced Polycarbonate and dual density EPS, result in a helmet that is light weight, strong, and protective. For those who need to stay connected, the EXO-AT960 includes large speaker pockets, making it compatible with many Bluetooth communication systems on the market.
The SCORPION EXO EXO-AT960 Cold Weather Modular Helmet is designed for adventure motorcycle and snow riding in changing conditions. Its modular chin bar flips up with either hand, while the removable external peak visor allows use as a full-face cold-weather adventure helmet or with a more streamlined aerodynamic profile. The oversized eye port provides expanded peripheral and downward visibility, and can accommodate most sizes and brands of goggles when the faceshield is removed.
The dual-pane EverClear® faceshield features anti-fog technology, an anti-scratch hardened coating and 95% UV-A and UV-B protection. An interchangeable High-Definition Amber drop-down sun-visor helps adapt to changing light and includes EverClear® anti-fog coating on both surfaces. The included Cold Weather Breath Box XC kit, bib, breath deflector and aero skirt help reduce fogging and wind noise in extreme winter conditions.
Built with an Advanced Polycarbonate shell, advanced multi-layer EPS and three shell sizes, the SCORPION EXO EXO-AT960 is engineered for strength, impact displacement and a balanced profile. Its ventilation system combines a large top intake with exhaust vents, while the dual-position mouth vent can function as a defroster or as a defroster and ventilation outlet. The removable and washable KwikWick® C liner and bib system supports comfort across warm and cool weather.
The helmet includes 50 mm round speaker pockets for installation of many Bluetooth® communication systems, and KwikFit® 3D sculpted cheek pads accommodate most eyeglasses. It is DOT FMVSS No. 218 Certified and ECE 22.06 (P/J) Certified.
