The SENA 60S-01 communication system introduces Wave Intercom™, a cellular network-based group intercom platform designed to help riders stay connected wherever cellular network coverage is available. Wave Intercom supports virtually unlimited intercom distance through a VoIP service, allowing communication with users around the globe. Riders can connect with users within a 1-mile radius using Geo-Based Group Intercom or create personalized groups with Rider-Based Group Intercom.
Use the Wave App for real-time location sharing and friend tracking, while Intelligent Intercom can automatically switch to Mesh Intercom™ when cellular service is lost. The SENA 60S also supports cross-brand compatibility with Bluetooth headsets, including non-motorcycle-specific models. Mesh 3.0 provides open mesh communication with 9 channels and Group Mesh, with a working distance of up to 1.2 miles in open terrain or up to 5.0 miles with 6 participants.
Bluetooth Intercom supports four-way communication, HD two-way intercom and a working distance of up to 1.2 miles. The system provides up to 16 hours of Mesh talk time or up to 22 hours of Bluetooth Intercom talk time when the dynamic motion LED is off. Additional features include an IPX7 waterproof rating, an integrated flashlight, modular face-plate and jog dial with multi-cover options included, two magnetic mounting clamps and 2nd generation Harman Kardon 40mm speakers.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
