The SOLAS SRZ-CD-15/21A Concord Impeller is designed with SOLAS impeller technology and manufactured from ultra-high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its one-piece molded construction avoids bending the blade edges, helping achieve a precise pitch.
Pitch selection affects watercraft performance. Smaller pitches can improve acceleration while reducing top speed, whereas increased pitch can reduce acceleration and increase top speed. A higher-than-stock pitch may be used for watercraft with more horsepower than stock.
SOLAS limited and modified impeller recommendations may be used in either application depending on the desired RPM and speed. A lower-than-stock pitch may be used for watercraft with a re-flashed ECU that increases the rev limiter, or for high-altitude and high-temperature applications where horsepower is lost, when applicable. Reduced pitch can also help accommodate higher carried weight by limiting the volume of water through the pump.
Features:
- Construction: Made from ultra-high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
- Manufacturing: Cast in a one-piece mold without bending the blade edges.
- Pitch design: 15/21A pitch configuration.
- Acceleration: Smaller pitches improve acceleration while reducing top speed.
- Top speed: Increasing pitch can decrease acceleration and increase top speed.
- Horsepower applications: Higher-than-stock pitch can be used for watercraft with more horsepower than stock.
- Application options: Limited and modified impeller recommendations may be used depending on desired RPM and speed.
- Operating conditions: Lower-than-stock pitch may be used for applicable re-flashed ECU, high-altitude, or high-temperature applications.
- Load handling: Reduced pitch can be used for higher carried weight to limit water volume through the pump.
