The front drum uses one bearing  the rear drum sprocket usues two bearings. The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub.                           *NOTE: All spokes on wheel need to be inspected and re-torqued after 500 miles of original installation. Includes a 3 piece bearing kit  one bearing fits in the wheel and the other 2 in the brake drum. \n\u003cbr\u003e Tech Notes: When looking at the star side of the wheel  the inner layer of spokes should point clockwise. Rim width is measured by the distance between the rim flanges.
