The FLY RACING Carbon Jacket combines weather protection, ventilation, and practical storage for demanding outdoor conditions. Its Cordura® outer shell is designed for lightweight durability, while Hydraguard Pro technology provides a windproof, waterproof, and breathable barrier. The jacket features a 10,000mm waterproof rating and an 8,000m2 breathable rating, along with fully taped seams for added protection from the elements.
YKK Aquaguard® zippers with zipper garages, a front storm flap, and an adjustable collar help limit exposure to wind and moisture. Four vent ports—including two large front vents and two arm vents—work with 2Cool Air Vents mesh-backed openings to support airflow while helping keep snow out. A powder skirt with silicone grip print, internal hem adjustment, Lycra hand gaiters, Velcro cuffs, and a detachable hood add functional coverage and adjustability.
The FLY RACING Carbon Jacket also includes four external pockets, with two fleece-lined hand warmer pockets, a chest pocket, and a sleeve key pocket. Additional storage includes a waterproof accessory pocket with headphone port and securing loop, plus internal goggle pockets. Ultra-reflective Innolite® panels provide 360° visibility, while a micro-fleece-lined collar with beard flap, safety whistle, goggle wipe, and tether D-ring add thoughtful utility for outdoor use.
