The FLY RACING Formula Carbon Prime Helmet combines a 12K carbon fiber shell with the Adaptive Impact System (AIS) to provide a lightweight helmet design with superior penetration resistance and impact management. Conehead® EPS Technology uses tuned zones to help manage low-speed and high-speed impacts, while expanded-volume EPS adds strategic impact-absorbing material for increased separation between the rider’s head and the ground.
Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON help maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain. The expanded polypropylene (EPP) chin bar provides additional impact mitigation, damage resistance, and energy-absorbing performance. A clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP helps reduce clavicle injuries, while the custom molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard.
The FLY RACING helmet features True Functional Ventilation (TFV), forcing air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS vent channels, and rear exhaust vents when in motion. The washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads support convenient maintenance. Lightweight custom visor screws, stainless-steel D-rings, a premium helmet garage, and an extra visor are included. The helmet weighs approximately 2.8 pounds, plus or minus 0.11 pound, in size MD/LG. An optional cold-weather breath guard is available.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
