The FLY RACING Formula S Carbn Protocol Visor combines advanced impact-management features with integrated smart safety technology. Its 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight construction with superior penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts to reduce forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® EPS Technology uses six tuned zones for progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts, and expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas.
Integrated Quin® Race Sensor technology uses five scientific-grade sensors to evaluate data during use and automatically detect a crash event. Through the Fly Smart App, crash impact data can be recorded and emergency contacts can be notified. The SOS Beacon can notify emergency contacts and emergency services for APEX subscribers by tapping the helmet five times. Ride analytics include live GPS tracking, speed, accelerations, Q-Score and more.
The helmet features Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, wireless updates from FLY RACING and Quin®, and integrated LED lights that indicate device status and flash red if a crash occurs. Its rechargeable battery supports a two-hour fast-charge mode through Micro USB and up to 60 days of battery life depending on usage, with automatic sleep and rise-to-wake functions. A custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard, while washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads support convenient use.
Additional protective and ventilation features include an expanded polypropylene chin bar, a clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP, and True Functional Ventilation. Air is forced through multiple intake vents, routed through aligned EPS channels, and released through multiple rear exhaust vents.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
