The FLY RACING Formula S Carbon Byte Helmet combines a 12K carbon fiber shell with advanced impact-management features for a lightweight, protective riding helmet. Its shell is designed for superior penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts. Conehead® EPS Technology, expanded-volume EPS, and an expanded polypropylene chin bar provide multiple layers of impact mitigation across six tuned impact zones.
Integrated Quin® Race Sensor technology uses five scientific-grade sensors to evaluate riding data and automatically detect a crash event. When paired with the Fly Smart App, the helmet can record impact data and contact emergency contacts. The SOS Beacon allows riders to notify emergency contacts and emergency services for APEX subscribers by tapping the helmet five times. Ride analytics include live GPS tracking, speed, acceleration, Q-Score, and more.
The FLY RACING helmet connects to the Fly Smart App through Bluetooth 5.0 and supports wireless updates. An integrated LED system indicates device status and flashes red if a crash occurs. The rechargeable battery supports a two-hour fast-charge mode through Micro USB and provides up to 60 days of battery life depending on usage, with automatic sleep and wake functions. True Functional Ventilation channels air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels, and rear exhaust vents.
Comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads use washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial material. Additional details include a custom-molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard, clavicle shell relief zone, and included premium helmet garage and extra visor. The helmet weighs approximately 2.8 pounds, plus or minus 0.11 pound, in size MD/LG and is ECE/DOT approved.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
