The FLY RACING Formula S Carbon Legacy Helmet combines a 12K carbon fiber shell with the Adaptive Impact System (AIS) for a lightweight design and advanced impact management. The shell provides superior penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts to reduce forces transmitted to the brain.
Inside, Conehead EPS Technology uses tuned impact zones to help manage low-speed and high-speed impacts efficiently. Expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas, while the expanded polypropylene chin bar provides additional impact mitigation, damage resistance, and energy-absorbing performance. A clavicle shell relief zone is filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.
Ventilation is provided by True Functional Ventilation, which forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels, and rear exhaust vents when in motion. The washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads support convenient maintenance. Additional details include custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, a premium helmet garage, and an extra visor. This FLY RACING helmet is ECE and DOT approved.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
