The FLY RACING Formula S Carbon Protocol Helmet combines advanced impact-management features with connected ride technology. Its 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight design with penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts. Conehead® EPS Technology uses tuned impact zones to manage forces across a range of impact conditions, and expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas.
For additional protection, the helmet features an expanded polypropylene chin bar designed for damage resistance and energy absorption, along with a clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP. A custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard. The washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads support convenient maintenance and everyday comfort.
Integrated Quin® Race Sensor technology uses five scientific-grade sensors to evaluate data during use and automatically detect a crash event. Through the Fly Smart App and Bluetooth 5.0 connection, riders can access crash data, emergency-contact notifications, live GPS tracking, speed, accelerations and Q-Score information. The SOS Beacon can notify emergency contacts and, for APEX subscribers, emergency services by tapping the helmet five times. Wireless updates help keep the device current, while integrated LED lights indicate device status and flash red after a crash.
The rechargeable battery supports a two-hour fast-charge mode through Micro USB and up to 60 days of battery life depending on usage, with automatic sleep and wake functions. True Functional Ventilation channels air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels and rear exhaust vents. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
