The FLY RACING Formula S Carbon Zen Helmet combines advanced impact-management technologies with connected ride monitoring features. Its 12K carbon fiber shell is designed for a lightweight construction with superior penetration resistance, while RHEON Impact Energy Cells help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts to reduce forces transmitted to the brain.
Conehead® EPS Technology uses tuned cone structures to help manage impact forces across six critical zones, with a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts. Expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas, while the Expanded Polypropylene chin bar provides additional impact mitigation, damage resistance and energy-absorbing performance. A clavicle shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.
Integrated Quin® Race Sensor technology uses five scientific-grade sensors to evaluate data during use and automatically detect crash events. Through the Fly Smart App, crash data can be recorded and emergency contacts can be notified. The helmet also supports SOS Beacon activation by tapping the helmet five times, while live GPS tracking, speed, acceleration and Q-Score data provide ride analytics. A 5-diamond-level monitoring center can dispatch local emergency services for APEX subscribers.
Additional features include Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, wireless updates, integrated status LED lights, a rechargeable battery with a two-hour fast-charge mode via Micro USB and up to 60 days of battery life depending on usage. The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are washable, moisture-wicking and antimicrobial. True Functional Ventilation channels air through the helmet, and custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
