Replica Knucklehead bobber chassis kit is a recreation which features the original bobber styling of the 1940s utilizing the full range of V-Twin Replica parts in raw parkerized or black finishes. As pictured but not primed or painted.
This complete chassis kit includes foot clutch and hand shift control pieces. Components in this kit will allow the use of a mechanical rear brake set up on a star hub wheel. Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied for the frame. Check your state for registration and title requirements. We have compressed the seat post by adjusting all the way down before installing it into the frame. Features a hydraulic press bent seat inchT inch to get a lower seating area with the thin solo seat. All components for the kit are proprietary to V-Twin Manufacturing and Tedd Cycle Inc from our exclusive tooling. All items are stocked in our warehouse and shipped by our company to your dealer. Built around a 1941-1945 type 29 rake frame with black stock length inline Spring Forks. *NOTE: Chassis fits UL or Knucklehead engines only. Star hub wheels are laced and trued but not mounted and the Spring Fork and seat post are assembled. All other parts will require some assembly.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
