The Motion Pro REV3 Throttle Kit is a variable-rate throttle system designed to let riders tailor throttle response to riding conditions and personal preference. Its innovative reel-changing system includes four interchangeable round reels in 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm sizes, along with a progressive cam reel preferred by some riders. Smaller reels provide a slower throttle rate, while larger reels provide a faster throttle rate.
The slim REV3 throttle housing creates more room for lever clearance and allows adjustment of the throttle housing position. An improved throttle stop provides increased strength and durability, while snap-together elbows simplify installation and reel changes. The cable boot helps keep dirt and dust out for smooth, reliable operation. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters assist with installation and adjustment.
Motion Pro REV3 black vinyl cables are specifically designed for the applicable bike. The lower cable sections use 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. The upper sections use 6 mm housing for solid adjuster support. The kit includes an unbreakable Titan Throttle Tube, Motion Pro DirtControl II grips, and a progressive cam off-road profile cam reel. REV3 off-road kits are compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. The Motion Pro REV3 Throttle Kit is patented and designed for simple installation and maintenance.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
