motion-pro-rev3-throttle-kit-for-kawasaki
Motion Pro REV3 Throttle Kit for Kawasaki

The Motion Pro REV3 Throttle Kit provides a variable-rate throttle system designed to let riders tailor throttle response to their preferences and riding conditions. Its reel-changing system includes four interchangeable round reels measuring 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm and 50 mm, along with a progressive cam reel with an off-road profile. Smaller reels provide a slower throttle rate, while larger reels provide a faster throttle rate.

The slim REV3 throttle housing creates additional room for lever clearance and throttle housing position adjustment. An improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability, while snap-together elbows simplify installation and reel changes. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters help ease installation and adjustment, and the cable boot helps keep dirt and dust out for smooth, reliable operation.

Motion Pro includes a Titan Throttle Tube, black vinyl cables specifically designed for the bike, and DirtControl II grips. The lower cable sections use 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility and lighter weight. The upper cable sections use 6 mm housing to provide solid adjuster support. The REV3 off-road kit is compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. This patented kit is designed for straightforward installation and maintenance.

Features:

Variable-rate throttle system with interchangeable reels for customized throttle response

Four interchangeable round reels measuring 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm and 50 mm

Progressive cam reel with an off-road profile

Slim REV3 throttle housing provides additional lever clearance and housing-position adjustment

Improved throttle stop delivers greater strength and durability

Snap-together elbows simplify installation and reel changes

Cable boot helps keep dirt and dust out for smooth operation

Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters ease installation and adjustment

Lower cable sections use 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction and flexible routing

Upper cable sections use 6 mm housing for solid adjuster support

Includes a Titan Throttle Tube, Motion Pro black vinyl cables and DirtControl II grips

Compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips

Patented design
