EXW was designed to handle ATV swingarm movement and increased torque stresses and wears 1.7 times longer when compared to O-ring chains. EXW chains also feature special thermal crack resistant sideplates to protect against thermal cracking. Thermal cracking can result from debris or components impinging the chain’s movement. The impingement causes the chain to quickly heat up and cool down in rapid succession. Over a period of time this thermal exposure can reduce the strength of the chain and/or cause a chain failure. It is vitally important to check your bike after a crash to make sure no debris or bike components are in contact with the chain.
The RK EXCEL GB420MXZ4-120 gold EXW drive chain is designed for ATV and off-road applications that experience swingarm movement and increased torque stress. Compared with standard O-ring chains, EXW technology is engineered to provide up to 1.7 times longer wear life, helping deliver dependable performance during demanding riding conditions.
This RK EXCEL chain features specially designed, thermal-crack-resistant side plates that help protect against damage caused by debris or components contacting the chain during operation. Thermal cracking can occur when repeated contact causes the chain to heat and cool rapidly, potentially reducing chain strength over time. Always inspect the motorcycle or ATV after a crash to confirm that no debris or vehicle components are interfering with chain movement. The GB420MXZ4-120 includes a clip-style master link; a rivet-style master link is available separately. This chain is intended for off-road and ATV use and is not recommended for street applications.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days .
