Have Questions?
The Creators of the original bad-ass Covert Motorcycle Helmet has now developed a full-face version, the Covert FX! The Covert FX displays the same edgy style and function that is expected from the ScorpionEXO® Covert Series. However stylish the details may be, they have important function. Each helmet is carefully hand crafted using the latest Fiberglass, Aramid and Polyresin fibers which provide superior strength and extreme light weight. The low-profile shell has been aerodynamically tuned for motorcycle riding, minimizing both lift and turbulence for a smoother, quieter, and more stable ride. Integrated speaker pockets make it easy to install your favorite Bluetooth® communication device, while the KwikWick-C comfort Liner features a moisture wicking material that will keep you cool, dry and comfortable during your ride. ScorpionEXO® continues to set the standard when it comes to Value in a motorcycle helmet by including a Free Dark Smoke Shield, as well as a Clear shield, right out of the box. If you’re looking for a Stylish and Functional motorcycle helmet that’s perfect for both city commutes and long-distance touring, look no further than the Covert FX.
The SCORPION EXO Covert FX full-face motorcycle helmet combines an edgy Covert Series design with functional features for city commutes and long-distance touring. Its extremely lightweight TCT-Ultra™ composite shell is engineered for strength and impact dispersal, while the advanced multi-layer EPS provides energy absorption. CAD-refined aerodynamics create a streamlined profile that helps minimize lift and turbulence for a smoother, quieter, and more stable ride.
An aero-tuned ventilation system uses closeable top intake vents, exhaust vents, internal EPS airflow channels, and a dual-position mouth vent. The first mouth-vent position acts as a defroster, while the second provides defrosting and ventilation and can be closed from inside the helmet. The removable and washable KwikWick® III comfort liner uses moisture-wicking fabric to help keep you cool and dry in warm weather and warm in cool weather. KwikFit® 3D sculpted cheek pads accommodate most eyeglasses, with optional thinner and thicker cheek pads available separately to help optimize fit.
The SCORPION EXO Covert FX includes an EverClear® face shield with fog-free technology, 95% UV-A and UV-B protection, and a shatter-resistant, anti-scratch hardened coating. Its ratchet system pulls the shield securely against the eye port, while the tool-less removal system simplifies shield changes. A free additional dark smoke EverClear® fog-free face shield is included; Pinlock® face shields are sold separately.
Comm-Ready speaker pockets support installation of Bluetooth® communication system speakers. Reflective material in the cheek pads increases nighttime visibility, and the included solid neoprene aero skirt helps reduce wind noise. The helmet is equipped with U.S. DOT Certification and the ECE 22.06 Safety standard.
