The SCORPION EXO EXO-R1 Air Full-Face Helmet is designed, engineered, and tested to meet the demands of MotoGP and World Superbike racing while delivering features suited to everyday riders. Its aero-tuned shell sculpture helps reduce aerodynamic drag, improve balance, and maximize mobility.
The helmet features a multi-layered Ultra-TCT shell combining fiberglass, aramid, and poly-resin fibers to minimize weight while maximizing strength and impact dispersal. Advanced multi-layer EPS provides energy absorption and airflow channels, while the Ram-Air intake, four-port exhaust spoiler system, and EPS channels support an optimized flow-through ventilation effect.
An optically superior clear MaxVision Pinlock-ready face shield is installed and includes an anti-scratch coating with 95% UV-A and UV-B protection. The Elliptec II quick-release mechanism with integrated center lock supports a secure shield-to-gasket seal. A dark smoke MaxVision face shield and Pinlock anti-fog insert are included, along with a breath deflector and aero skirt to support fog reduction and help reduce wind noise.
The removable, washable KwikWick III interior helps maintain a cool, dry, comfortable fit. AirFit inflation adjustment allows cheek-pad customization and may reduce wind noise and lift, while 3D-contoured Kwikfit cheek pads allow easy access for most eyeglasses. Additional features include EMT-friendly emergency-release cheek pads, integrated speaker pockets for Bluetooth communication system speakers, titanium Double D-rings, and a 5-year warranty. The helmet is listed as DOT-218 and ECE approved.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
