The SCORPION EXO EXO-T520 EXO-COM is designed to integrate with compatible ScorpionEXO helmets while providing advanced communication and audio features for riders. Its Bluetooth 5.0 processor supports four-rider DynaMESH intercom communication, with a self-healing mesh network that optimizes signal strength and reconnects with riders who rejoin the group. Intercom range is up to 0.5 mile per person under stated conditions.
Premium speakers with 40mm drivers and a graphic equalizer deliver tuned audio, while dual beam-forming microphones support adjustable DSP noise cancellation for different machines. The system provides up to 15 hours of battery life under average conditions and up to 400 hours of standby time. Music can be shared with one other rider and played over intercom with automatic fading.
The EXO-COM Mobile App supports configuration, wireless firmware updates and access to the complete PDF manual. Universal device pairing allows connection with multiple devices, including smartphones, GPS units, tablets, compatible onboard OEM information systems and other compatible brand devices. The system is also intercom compatible with UCLEAR Digital communication systems and includes Universal Pairing mode for limited pairing with other compatible brands. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned LIKE custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. There is NO RETURNS on lighting or electrical components at all PERIOD . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT accept returns on sale items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days . Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will have 30 days to complete your exchange.
