Seat cannot be mounted  as the nose bracket does not pivot. Solo seat mount can be used with rear mount pads  Police or K model types. Order frame cover separately. *NOTE: Fits 1986-2003 + 2004-up XL models  provisions for both front mounting. For mounting on 1986-2003 models  you may cut off tabs.
